Global accessibility is The Fundación ONCE's second priority. That is why it promotes the creation of globally accessible  environments,products and services.
The Fundación ONCE's encourage other organisations and administrations to take part in specific programmes aimed at providing equal opportunities to the disabled.In order to achieve this,it has entered into accessibility agreements with the Central Public Administration of Spain,the Regional Authorities and the Local Authorities

The best way to integrate the disabled is by helping them find employment.
That is the reason why integration at work is currently the Fundación ONCE's top priority.
Since it was founded, the Fundación ONCE has collaborated with the public  administration,businessmen,individuals and associations for the disabled in the development of programmes and projects geared towards providing professional qualifications and gaining access to the labour market for the disabled.This is done through training and the creation of stable jobs.
